Animal Wellbeing began with a simple goal: to bridge the gap between elite human therapy and animal care. After witnessing firsthand how outdated tools limited recovery in high-performance horses, we set out to bring advanced, scientifically-backed solutions into the animal world.
Our Story
Animal Wellbeing was born from a clear mission: to revolutionise veterinary rehabilitation by bringing cutting-edge, non-invasive therapy from elite human sports medicine into animal care.
Our journey started in 2016 with the development of the Medical Therapy System (MTS), a breakthrough device designed for professional athletes and successfully used by some of Europe’s top sports teams to reset the nervous system, speed up recovery, and relieve pain.
In 2017, inspired by one of John’s own horses suffering soft tissue injury, we asked, could this technology be adapted to help animals? From that moment, we refined the MTS for veterinary use. Working closely with leading clinics, we ran successful trials with horses and dogs, confirming its effectiveness in treating injuries and accelerating healing.
Most recently, in September 2024, the ATS System earned Medical CE and TÜV certification, affirming its safety, efficacy, and compliance with the highest medical standards in equine rehabilitation.
